Job Description:
We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product or service information
- Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Preferred nationality: Philippines
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
