Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service & Support team Female only. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, complaints, and service requests, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and suggestions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus.
- Preferred Language: Tagalog, Arabic, Urdu. English Mandatory
