Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Abu Dhabi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include managing communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
