We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical, etc.) to solve customer issues.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and report feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience in dental medical is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of Tagalog language is a plus.
