About The Job
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor operational teams to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to align operational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
