About the job:
- Manage end-to-end operations of the designated Visa application Center at WTC in Abu Dhabi by ensuring quality, cost savings, compliance, and optimal staff performance.
- Oversee the implementation of new process rollouts and changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the designated Center, including managing application processing, cash handling, guiding center staff, and backfilling them as and when required.
- Oversee team management and welfare, ensuring timely resolution of queries, conducting regular training sessions for personal and professional development, and addressing escalations effectively.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational compliance with VFS Global principles, policies, and procedures relevant to the role.
- Conduct regular audits, implement process rollouts or changes, and monitor internal errors to ensure operational efficiency and reduce penalties.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients/customers (e.g., service providers) and implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Accounts, Admin, Legal, IT, etc.) to implement business requirements and ensure the timely completion of all processes within mandated timelines.
- Manage the delivery of Value-Added Services (VAS) and achieve business targets, ensuring Center productivity, physical and data security, and succession planning.
- Promote sustainable practices by adhering to the organisation’s environmental, health, and safety policies.
- Execute special assignments and projects as directed by the reporting manager.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate or equivalent Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience preferably in government transaction center or the Travel and Tourism or Hospitality or similar industry in a team leader or supervisory role. Preferably in handling Golden Visas.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferably.
