Graphic Design:
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for the business and marketing materials which includes posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, and other graphics and artwork.
Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brand s voice.
Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), optimize paid advertising campaigns and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
Analyze the performance of social media content and digital advertising campaigns, research digital communications trends, and adjust as needed to grow following and engagement.
Web Design/Maintenance:
Design, build, and maintain websites using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
Write, design or edit web page content, or coordinate with others producing content.
E-commerce:
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve website performance.
Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.
System or Hardware Maintenance:
General Microsoft Windows system administration, security patching, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems.
Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and hardware related problems.
Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
