Role Summary:
As a Digital Marketer at Workforce Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth through various online channels including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive leads and conversions.
- Create and manage engaging content across social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, website updates, and user experience improvements.
- Track key marketing KPIs such as website traffic, lead quality, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress and content marketing tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or SEMrush are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
