· Assist in developing and scheduling platform-specific content calendars.
· Coordinate the creation of visually engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, and video snippets.
· Participate in moment marketing and real-time social content creation around trends, events, and cultural moments.
· Support ORM (Online Reputation Management) by monitoring brand mentions, messages, comments, and customer feedback across platforms.
· Track competitors and industry benchmarks for content trends, visual language, engagement, and storytelling.
· Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure content is on-brand and effective.
Influencer Marketing:
· Source and evaluate influencers for potential collaborations in line with brand tone and goals.
· Assist in managing outreach, briefing, content coordination, and timelines.
· Track influencer content performance metrics and report campaign effectiveness.
· Maintain campaign trackers, performance logs, and influencer databases.
Requirements
- Passion for digital storytelling and an understanding of how content performs across platforms.
- Creative thinker with a good visual eye and an instinct for online trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their creator ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative/content editing tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Bonus: Knowledge of motion or video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe After Effects.
