Key Responsibilities
- Performance Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement advanced performance marketing strategies across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic advertising) to drive property inquiries, sales, and brand visibility.
- Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Leverage PSI’s technology stack to create personalized, high-converting campaigns targeting investors, homebuyers, and tenants.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM platforms) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Forecast campaign outcomes and budgets, ensuring alignment with PSI’s sales targets and marketing goals.
- Digital Channel Expertise:
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to boost organic and paid search rankings for PSI’s property listings and services.
- Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage prospects and maximize conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platforms to recommend innovative tactics for PSI’s audience ..
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance on campaign execution, optimization techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, listing, and business development teams to align performance marketing efforts with inventory availability and client priorities.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure ad content (visuals, copy, video) supports performance goals while maintaining brand consistency.
- Budget Management:
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets across channels, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
- Negotiate with vendors or ad platforms to secure competitive rates and maximize PSI’s advertising investment.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
- Deliver detailed performance reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Act as a key point of contact for performance marketing updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with PSI’s broader objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, ideally in real estate, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.
- Experience in the UAE market
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, digital advertising trends, and consumer behaviour.
