Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media platforms: develop content calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and provide regular reports.
- Support SEO/SEM efforts and ensure website content is optimized for search engines.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute creative ideas for social and digital content, promotions, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- UAE National (Female Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
