Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipment of used vehicles from the U.S. to the UAE, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
- Communicate daily with U.S.-based suppliers, transporters, port authorities, and UAE clearing agents.
- Schedule and monitor inland transport from U.S. auction yards or dealerships to shipping ports.
- Track containers and vehicle shipments in real time from origin to destination.
- Verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, vehicle titles, commercial invoices, and inspection reports.
- Ensure proper loading procedures for vehicles into containers, including safety and damage checks.
- Liaise with UAE customs and port authorities for clearance and delivery to final destinations.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, shipping status, and ETAs.
- Coordinate with clearing and delivery teams in the UAE to ensure smooth handover of vehicles.
- Resolve delays, shipping issues, or documentation problems promptly and professionally.
- Update internal systems and clients regularly on shipment progress and any operational changes.
