Job Description
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
Supervise distribution center staff (operators, forklift operators, assistants, etc.).
Plan routes and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Control physical and system inventories, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation.
Design and implement improvements in logistics and operational processes.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and internal policies.
Coordinate with the sales and purchasing areas to align with demand and deliveries.
• Prepare logistics reports (KPIs, inventories, dispatches, etc.).
• Monitor the efficient use of resources (space, transportation, personnel).
• Manage returns, rejections, and logistics claims.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising work teams.
