Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- In charge of all Technicians/Laborers related concerns
- Overseas & Local recruitment planning & arrangement (Technicians/Laborers)
- Manpower allocation & planning (Site Requirements, Deployment, Site Transfers)
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Coordinator/HR Officer in a construction company
- Must have UAE experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
