Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project and company documents, records, and files in an organized manner.
- Ensure proper version control and timely updates of all documents.
- Distribute, retrieve, and archive electronic and physical documents efficiently.
- Provide documents to project, operations, and admin teams accurately and on time.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems for easy access.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, or client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and admin staff to streamline documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in engineering or construction firms.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems, MS Office, and electronic filing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high volumes of data and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection practices.
