- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Provide guidance and support to management in all HR-related matters.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
