Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with at least 5 years of experience working in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and supporting project teams through effective document control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation including technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
- Coordinate document flow between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures, project standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain and update document management systems and registers.
- Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
- Support audit and quality control processes related to documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller working in a PMC or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and document management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Relevant certifications in document control or project management will be an advantage.
