The Document Coordinator assists and monitors / reports on the various following tasks:
- Appropriate action regarding Contractor's submittals, such as Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, Requests for Information, etc.
- Flow of information regarding requests for substitutions.
- Reproductions, plots, photocopying, supporting the Team.
- Incoming and outgoing flow of electronic communications dealing with project submittals, sharing information with Clients and Consultants.
- Coordination of printing of project specifications and other manuals.
- One to three years of experience preferably in architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
- Ability to operate calculator, computer, and general office equipment.
