Teyar is a drone-based cleaning and maintenance solutions across the UAE. We use cutting-edge drone technology to clean building facades, solar panels, and other hard-to-reach areas — all while prioritizing safety, sustainability, and innovation. We are now looking to train and onboard ambitious individuals to become certified Drone Pilots and join our growing team.
Job Overview:
As a Drone Pilot Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in drone operations, safety, and HSE protocols. You'll learn how to operate our specialized cleaning drones, prepare for missions, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drone setup, calibration, and operation on job sites
- Shadow senior drone pilots during missions
- Learn drone safety protocols and HSE standards
- Support in daily maintenance checks and reporting
- Document flight logs and mission performance
- Participate in client site visits and setup
- Eventually conduct drone cleaning missions independently (post-certification)
What You'll Learn:
- Drone flying techniques and manual controls
- Attachment drone operations (for water/foam cleaning)
- HSE risks and how to mitigate them
- How to start and manage reverse osmosis systems used in drone cleaning
- Drone inspection and maintenance procedures
- Civil Aviation requirements and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong interest in drones, technology, and field operations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and complete drone certification (if not already certified)
- Excellent attention to detail and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- UAE residency preferred
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of UAVs or remote-control devices
- UAE Driving License
- Previous experience in technical or mechanical roles
