We are currently looking to hire experienced AC Ductmen to join our team immediately in Dubai. Candidates should have hands-on experience in HVAC ductwork installation, fabrication, and maintenance. The role involves executing ducting installations as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, fabricate, and maintain HVAC duct systems (GI and PI)
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints
- Cut, shape, and assemble duct components according to dimensions
- Apply insulation and seal duct joints effectively
- Conduct on-site measurements and plan duct routes
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other on-site teams
- Follow all site safety protocols and meet project timelines
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of UAE/GCC experience as an AC Ductman
- Proficiency in reading HVAC ducting layout drawings
- Strong knowledge of duct installation and fabrication practices
- Good physical fitness and adaptability to site conditions
- Capable of working both independently and within a team
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
