E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Knowledge of "Shopify" is a MUST.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring smooth operation, attractive design, and user-friendly experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to increase conversion rates and sales.
- Collaborate with manager to implement new features, functionality, and integrations as needed.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for the website, WhatsApp broadcasts and email marketing ensuring consistent branding and a compelling user experience.
Develop product images, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance product presentation and drive conversions.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.
Manage and optimize social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website analytics, sales data, and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on website performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving overall e-commerce performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in managing and developing e-commerce platforms, with expertise in Shopify.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Detail oriented and focused on delivering high quality work.
