E-Commerce Operations Coordinator/Lead
Responsibilities:
- Launch & Scale: Take full ownership of launching our local E-Com channel from strategy to exectuion
- Drive day-to-day operations: Manage the full customer journey, ensuring seamless campaign execution, content updates and last-mile delivery
- Adapt and maintain the front-end: Oversee content, campaigns, and visuals to create a seamless brand experience
- Coordinate with Global Teams: Work closely with HQ to align pricing, product setup, and local adaptation
- Integrate omnichannel experiences: Match E-Com campaigns with in-store activations and support customer journeys across channels

Manage logistics & fulfillment topics:
- Monitor last-mile performance and customer experience
- Align with store staff on pick & pack
- Develop future-proof solutions for returns and warehousing

Collaborate with Marketing & Loyalty:
- Coordinate Paid Ads (Meta, Google) with the Regional Marketing team
- Support the growth of our Customer Club through E-Com
- Answer customer inquiries directly in the beginning and support the creation of a structured, scalable customer service setup
- Grow the business: Build a roadmap for MENA expansion, including 3PL partnerships and warehouse strategies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Operations, or Omnichannel Retail
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills
- Strong ownership mentality – you think like a founder and act like a doer
- Experience working cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Retail
- Understanding of last-mile logistics and local fulfillment challenges
- High level of proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proven track record in launching or scaling E-Commerce platforms, ideally in emerging markets
