About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and more. You will assist in product listings, SEO, content management, order processing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Support with inventory updates, pricing, and catalog management
- Monitor and report on product visibility, ranking, and sales performance
- Help manage customer queries, reviews, and feedback
- Coordinate with the graphic design team for image and A+ content
- Research market trends, competitors, and best-selling products
- Assist in campaigns, deals, and promotional uploads
- Help maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, or Shopify preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with SEO, product research tools (like Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
