Role: Education Counselor & Branch Lead
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Full-time, 6 days/week (late afternoons & evenings required)
About the role
You’ll be the face of the branch—advising parents, guiding enrollments, and running day-to-day center operations. This role blends academic counseling, customer service, and light P&L hygiene to ensure a safe, efficient, parent-friendly center.
What you’ll do
- Greet and counsel walk-ins/leads; run tours, trials, and program mapping for each child.
- Coordinate with central sales to finalize admissions; oversee fee collection and receipting.
- Maintain CRM: log every inquiry, update lead stages, schedule follow-ups, keep data clean.
- Own daily operations: timetable adherence, classroom readiness, attendance & register checks.
- Monitor educator/assistant schedules; arrange subs and room allocations when needed.
- Handle front-desk admin: petty cash, basic inventory (supplies/kits), vendor calls, checklists.
- Parent communications: WhatsApp/email updates, reminders, and issue resolution with empathy.
- Compliance & safety: opening/closing protocols, hygiene checks, pickup/handover verification.
- Local marketing support: posters/flyers, community outreach, event days (with marketing team).
- Reporting: send daily, weekly, and month-end summaries to management/academic leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years in K-12/after-school/ed-tech/center operations or counseling.
- Confident communicator with parents; child-friendly, calm under pressure.
- Strong admin discipline: checklists, registers, cash logs, and attendance rigor.
- CRM proficiency (ideally Zoho); solid Google Sheets/Docs or MS Office skills.
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends (parent-peak hours); multi-tasker with initiative.
- English required; Arabic/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam a plus. UAE experience preferred.
Schedule & benefits
