Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers, in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing electrical circuits, inspecting electrical panels, and cleaning electrical equipment, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate electrical installations and repairs, and ensure that work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Lighting control piping and wiring (KNX wiring & Distribution Board (DB) dressing)
- AC thermostats and curtain motors, including control cables termination
- Handle low voltage tasks such as piping, wiring, DB dressing, light and socket fixing.
- CCTV systems
- Intercom systems
- Smart locks
- DALI system wiring and connection.
3. Documentation and Interpretation:
- Read and understand automation electrical drawings and data sheets.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on installed systems.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Senior Electrical Technician role or similar position.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Proficiency in electrical system installation.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and support.
