Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for elevators and escalators as per manufacturer and company standards.
- Inspect and test equipment to diagnose issues and identify potential failures.
- Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements during PPM visits.
- Maintain detailed service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for seamless service delivery.
- Report urgent or major issues to the technical team or management.
- Maintain tools and spare parts inventory for efficient work execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum [2+] years of hands-on experience in elevator/escalator maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces when needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
