Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Provide personalized property recommendations based on client goals
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently
Sales & Relationship Management
- Generate and manage leads while maintaining strong client relationships
- Stay informed about market trends, property regulations, and investment opportunities
- Deliver professional guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the process
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Freshers with strong communication or sales skills are welcome
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, presentable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about contributing to Dubai’s real estate growth as part of the Emirati workforce
