Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Out/Civil Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and civil works projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation. You will play a critical role in helping the company secure new work and ensure project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit-out and civil works.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for labor, materials, and subcontractor services.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the most competitive prices.
- Identify cost risks and prepare contingency budgets.
- Develop project budgets and submit pricing in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Assist the project team during pre-construction and execution phases with cost control.
- Conduct site visits to assess site conditions and understand scope requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and post-tender clarifications.
- Monitor market trends in material and labor costs to ensure accurate estimates.
- Maintain historical cost data and update unit rate databases.

Experience:
- FITOUT/CIVIL ESTIMATOR IN UAE: 6 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
