We're Hiring : Estimator – Interior Fit Out

We’re looking for a Estimator with a strong background in interior fit out projects to manage cost estimation, material take-offs, and project documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Location : Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai
Employment Type : Full-Time
Experience : 3+ years
Key Responsibilities :
-Prepare detailed BOQs based on interior drawings and project specs
-Coordinate with designers, engineers, and procurement teams
-Ensure cost control, quantity accuracy, and timely submissions
-Update and maintain project documentation and material records
-Evaluate vendor quotations and ensure alignment with BOQ
What We’re Looking For:
-Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
-Proven experience with interior design or fit-out BOQs
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
