Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years experience in interior design - Joinery works
- Experience using CAD (Computer -aided Design)
- CAD +T, Winner, IMOS
- Knowledge of Kitchen Walldrobe Designs
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Job Description
- Analyze project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Prepare cost analysis
- Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and submit competitive bids for new projects in coordination with the sales and project management teams.
- Recommend cost-saving solutions and alternatives without compromising on quality or design intent
Extra Allowances
Salary - 3k to 6k AED per month
The company will provide accommodation and transportation.
