Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event & Wedding Planner with a strong background in delivering luxury weddings and corporate events across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while maintaining budget control. This role requires excellent organizational skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to deliver seamless events under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute luxury weddings and corporate events for 100–500+ guests.
- Manage event budgets up to AED 600K, providing cost-effective solutions while ensuring premium quality.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and coordination, securing the best services at competitive rates.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth logistics and event-day execution.
- Conduct client consultations and site visits, turning visions into memorable event experiences.
- Anticipate and resolve last-minute challenges to ensure flawless guest experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of proven experience in event and wedding planning.
- Strong expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and event logistics.
- Demonstrated success in client management and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
- Languages: Arabic (Native), English (Fluent).
