As an Events Executive, you will oversee the success of the hotel’s meetings, catering, and event services. Your role involves securing business, planning meetings and events, and coordinating with both hotel operations and clients before, during, and after each occasion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales of site events and venue spaces
- Handling all inquiries related to meetings and catering in line with established procedures
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, collaborating closely with banquet operations, food and beverage management, rooms division, finance, and external vendors
- Meeting client needs while maximizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and promoting additional hotel facilities and services
