About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join the Digital Marketing team in Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage and maintain Madinat Jumeirah website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, alignment with Jumeirah's tone of voice and brand standards.
- Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy in line with the overarching resort marketing objectives, focusing on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Jumeirah Business Insights to monitor performance, analyse demand trends, booking patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Assist in planning and optimising digital campaigns across paid search, metasearch, display, social media, affiliates, and remarketing to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Execute A/B tests and contribute to the continuous improvement of creative performance and landing page optimisation.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and produce post-campaign reports with recommendations for future improvements.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in mathematics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence are strongly preferred.
- Google Skillshop certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics (or ability to complete within onboarding period).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an understanding of key marketing metrics and data visualisation.
