Job Description:
A leading investment company located in Al Garhoud, Dubai, is looking to hire a highly qualified Executive Secretary to join the team full-time. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and capable of handling administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- Organize internal and external communication
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Maintain and organize administrative files and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Presentable, polite, and punctual
- Candidates based in Dubai are preferred
