We are hiring Company Secretary for one of our clients based in Dubai
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably in a listed company or large corporate environment.
Experience working with senior executives and board members.
Key Competencies
Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, G-suite, and compliance tools.
Languages Excellent English and Arabic communication skills both oral and written.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
