The Executive Assistant to the Chairman provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation to Chairman's Office.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chairman.
- Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external communications.
- Organize board meetings, including agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Assist in managing specia projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years experience in a executive support role.
- (4UAEN ONLY- with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
