Responsibilities
- Transport the Chairman to various business engagements and appointments in a timely manner.
- Maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficient travel while factoring in traffic and weather conditions.
- Assist the Chairman with miscellaneous tasks, such as running errands or transporting documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the Chairman's schedule and activities.
- Adapt quickly to changes in the travel schedule and priorities while ensuring the Chairman's needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including mileage and expense reports.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of city routes and traffic regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
