Job Description – Branch Manager
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Branch Manager to take full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and achieve business objectives including profitability, growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee financial performance, including full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Sales and revenue growth
- Client retention and satisfaction scores
- Staff productivity and service utilization rates
- Cost efficiency and expense control
- Prepare and review branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and market share.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of services and retail products.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Report performance results and recommend improvements to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage P&L effectively.
- Track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Flexible to work during weekends, evenings, and peak business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
