Al Tawheed Government Services (Amer Lounge ) located at Dubai is looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is confident, presentable, energetic and has a customer centric personality.
Candidate should have at least minimum of 2-3 years of front office experience preferably in Government Transaction Center( AMER) or any Good Organization.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English Language and Russian language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills - Always Calm under pressure
- Presentable, Confident and Energetic
- Carries out tasks with minimum supervision; multi tasker
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor queues and ensure efficient flow of transactions, minimizing wait times for customers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide clients feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role, preferably within a government services(AMER/DED) .
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and office software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
