We are looking for a well-organized, and proactive female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations, coordinating pantry and office supplies, and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately to the Customer Service team or other departments.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of office stationery supplies to ensure availability.
- Monitor and arrange pantry items for employees and guests to ensure consistent stock and quality.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Assist in scheduling meeting rooms and preparing them for client visits.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
- Serve coffee/refreshments for guests in the meeting rooms as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English & Tagalog
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
