· Ensure full compliance of mandated rules and regulations
· Participate in daily team briefs
· Should gain full knowledge and experience across every department (zone) within the Centre through the Company’s Training and Development program
· Ensure the Company’s SOPs are continually adhered to
· Ensure that all Company Policies and Procedures and other guidelines on Cash Handling and adhered to.
· Ensure all transactions are accounted for in the stipulated documents/ system.
· Maintain a high level of customer service relations at all times
· Assist with the preparation of “cash up” and general sales reports
· Ensure effective upselling on all products and services
· Ensure that knowledge of all promotions remains up to date
· Responsible for the neat and Clean surrounding
· Maintaining assets in the most cost-effective manner
· Assess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of their organisation
· Responsible for inventory of cards, socks, wristbands and till rolls
· Receive payments by cash, credit or debit cards and mall gift vouchers
Bookings
· Be knowledgeable on all packages pertaining to classes/activities, products and entire services
· Responsible for accepting and scheduling of bookings for all current activities
· Responsible for the timely referral of birthday party bookings to relevant personnel
· Always provide accurate and up to date information to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
