- Acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals.
- Essential duties and job responsibilities include Customer Service, Client Relations, and Sales.
- Actively build client book, and follow through with clients' requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, products, and the latest fashion trends and competitive market.
- Handle special requests such as in-store repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
- Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service, and selling.
Requirements:
- Only female candidates should apply, preferably Arabic ladies.
- Age between 25 to 35 years of age.
- Can converse in Arabic.
- Can speak, read and write in English
- Computer literacy is a must.
- MUST have at least 3 years of work experience in a high-end fashion retail store. Be fashion-forward and have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Self-starter, Dependable, Punctual, Flexible.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary.
