Our focus is on providing reliable equipment, excellent customer service, and strong aftersales support to contractors and businesses across the UAE.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships by meeting with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Needs Analysis: Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Brand Representation: Professionally present and promote the dealership’s products and services.
- Sales Management: Oversee the full sales cycle—from enquiry generation to invoicing—while ensuring timely follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
- Aftersales Promotion: Highlight and encourage aftersales services to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry (small construction machinery experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, customer needs, and site operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE driving license is mandatory
