Overview
Job Description
- Prepares periodic Financial Statements according to client needs and annual ones according to fiscal & accounting legislation;
- Declarations in the online tax system;
- Records all activity transactions (Purchases, sales, cash registers, banks, payrolls, various regulatory actions, etc.);
- Maintains the client's account in e-filing and self-care;
- Reconciliation of payments;
- Third party reconciliation;
- Periodic reconciliation of bank account balances with those in the accounting records;
- Follows all tasks related to maintaining the company's relationship with tax authorities and other instances;
- Responsible for maintaining the accounting system according to tax legislation;
- Responsible for organizing and preparing financial documentation;
- Any other duties appropriate to the job position;
Job Requirements
- Have completed higher education at the Faculty of Economics;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Experience in an accounting office is an advantage;
- Be good users of the Finance 5 program and Ms Office programs (especially Excel);
- Be able to work independently and in a group;
- Have good communication and organizational skills;
- Have good analytical skills, accuracy in performing tasks;
- Maintain confidentiality;
