Responsibilities: -
* Operating the fluting machine to grind grooves or corrugations into the surface of rollers.
* Setting up and adjusting the machine to ensure that the grooves are cut to the correct depth and spacing.
* Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure that it is functioning properly and making adjustments as needed.
* Maintaining the machine by performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and repairs.
* Keeping accurate records of machine maintenance and production output.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* High school Diploma or equivalent is usually required.
* Previous experience operating Fluting machines or machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, is preferred.
* Mechanical skills: A good understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs is essential.
