Job Title: FM Coordinator (Facilities Management)

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive FM Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will assist the department in various operational and administrative tasks related to facilities management, tendering, and coordination with different teams.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of proposals and tender documents in collaboration with the Tendering Department. Coordinate and provide support to the FM Managers in the day-to-day operations. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Assist in procurement and vendor management. Ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines for ongoing projects. Help in reporting, maintaining records, and managing correspondence related to FM operations.
Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Facilities Management field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge or experience with tendering processes is a plus.
