We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the office and will maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
4. Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
5. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail.
