We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist with expertise in insurance and an interest in marketing and patient engagement to join our dental centre. The ideal candidate will be on husband's sponsorship , manage front-office operations, assist with insurance verifications, and support patient communication and marketing initiatives to enhance our clinic’s visibility and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Patient Coordination: Greet patients, schedule appointments, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Insurance Management: Verify patient insurance, assist with treatment approvals, and handle insurance-related inquiries efficiently.
- Communication & Patient Engagement: Patient outreach, feedback collection, and promotional campaigns to grow the clinic’s brand and patient base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verifications and approvals.
- Interest or experience in marketing, patient engagement, or social media management.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with clinic management software is a plus.
