We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused Female Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our medical center. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, ensure smooth patient check-in/out, and manage daily front office operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the clinic’s software
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle WhatsApp / online booking messages
- Process patient registration and payments
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper filing of documents
- Coordinate with medical staff and support smooth clinic operations
- Handle daily front desk tasks including billing, invoicing
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
- Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them when needed
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical or clinic reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
