Are you professional, friendly, and passionate about beauty and wellness? Join our growing team at First Medical Center’s new branch in Silicon Oasis as a Medical Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment bookings
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laser technicians for smooth clinic operations
- Answer calls, WhatsApp, and respond to patient inquiries promptly
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist in daily reports, payment collection, and patient documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in aesthetic or medical clinics is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Confident, well-groomed, and client-focused
- Familiar with booking systems, CRM, and WhatsApp communication
- Can multitask and handle front-desk pressure with a smile
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
